We aim to keep our costs reasonable for our patients
From the 8th of July 2024, new out-of-pocket charges will apply for all GP consultations (both in the Medical Clinic and telephone consults) unless eligible for Bulk Billing as above:

Fees
This practice is a mixed billing clinic.
Should you have any concerns with our fees or billing process please talk to your Doctor during your consult.
Repeat Scripts and Referral Request
Repeat Prescriptions and referrals without an appointment may be given for maintenance treatment of long-standing conditions.
Please note that backdating referrals are not permitted.
Bulk Billing
BULK BILLING is available for:

Children under 16 years of age

Pension card and healthcare card holders (verification will be required)
FLU VACCINATIONS
Your consult will be bulk-billed if you attend ONLY for a flu vaccination.
Please note that a $20 flat fee applies per private flu vaccine (if you are not eligible for the state-funded free flu shots).
NSW state-funded free flu shots are available for:

Children aged under 5 years old and adults aged 65 and over Pregnant women

Adults with a chronic disease (e.g. Diabetes, Heart Disease, Severe Respiratory Disease, Cancer with current treatment)
When booking your appointment, please let our receptionist know what type of appointment you require

Standard appointment for one issue

Long appointments for things such as care plans, forms to be completed, more than one issue
Procedures
All procedures attract an out-of-pocket fee (including wound dressings). Please enquire with reception when setting an appointment.
Telehealth

Available to existing patients who were seen by our Doctors at least once during the past 12 months.

Transfer of Medical Records
A standard $50 flat fee, plus GST, applies to transfer requests for medical records to another practice

Records will be emailed or posted to your new practice in Practice Management software format

We CAN NOT send records directly to a patient
A signed consent form requesting a transfer of records will be needed
Where a personal health summary is requested, we can email it to your new Medical Centre in PDF format and without charge. Also, a signed consent form from your new Medical Centre is required
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply if we do not receive notice of your cancellation. We need 2 hours notice if you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment
If you no longer require your booked appointment, please cancel your booking with sufficient time to transfer it to someone on the waitlist. Should you fail to cancel an appointment that you no longer need you may receive a bill of $30 for not attending
Please note that these fees are not claimable on your health fund, private health insurance or Medicare
Further appointments will not be booked until payment has been made
