Dr Mei Ann Choong
General Practitioner | Integrative Specialist

Dr Mei Ann Choong is a specialist General Practitioner and Functional & Integrative Medicine Physician with internationally recognised training across the UK, Europe, USA, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Her clinical approach combines precision, root-cause thinking with evidence-based healthcare with nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and systems-based diagnostics. She has a special interest in metabolic health, hormonal balance, women's health, chronic disease management, preventative health, and longevity medicine.
Dr Choong holds a Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), a Fellowship with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (FACNEM), and a Masters of Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine from Southern Cross University. She also holds postgraduate qualifications in Paediatrics (DCH) and Obstetrics & Gynaecology (DRCOG).
Beyond her clinical work, Dr Choong serves as a Clinical Supervisor at UNSW, mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.
She is committed to delivering personalised, high-quality GP care — empowering every patient to take an active role in their long-term health and wellbeing.

Dr. Kah Hoong Chang
MB BCh BAO (Hons) MD FRCSI FRACS
Dr. Kah Hoong Chang is a specialist colorectal surgeon with expertise in both minimally invasive surgery and highly complex pelvic exenteration for pelvic malignancy as well as cytoreductive surgery and peritonectomy for peritoneal malignancy. He graduated from the National University of Ireland with an honours degree in Medicine in 2004 and completed his training as a specialist Colorectal and General Surgeon in Ireland.
During his training, he accumulated experience at the National Peritoneal Malignancy Unit in Dublin and undertook a clinical visit at the pelvic malignancy unit in Edinburgh, UK. He was the inaugural clinical fellow in robotic colorectal surgery in 2017 using the state-of-the-art dual-console Da Vinci XI. In 2018, Dr. Chang was awarded a highly prestigious scholarship to undertake a clinical fellowship in pelvic exenteration at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Sydney.
Dr. Chang’s academic achievements include a laboratory-based MD thesis which established a colorectal cancer Biobank facility and explored the molecular biology of microRNAs and protein expression in colorectal cancer. Along with other clinical research and trials, Dr. Chang has a burgeoning portfolio of numerous publications, national and international presentations, scholarships, awards and prizes.
He is a senior clinical lecturer at the University of Sydney and is committed to academia both in clinical and translational research, under- and postgraduate training and education.
Dr. Chang speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa.

Emma Howard
Naturopath
Emma Howard is a highly-skilled, degree-qualified naturopath. Her primary school teaching training and knowledge of how the brain works, helps Emma to modify diets of those with behavioral challenges. Along with supporting singles and couples with fertility, with outstanding success rates.
She also has a passion for thyroid health and hormone imbalances causing hot flushes in women in both peri menopause and menopause. Her weight-loss protocol is often part of the thyroid health component of her work. Her son’s journey fueled a passion to discover how to balance T helper cells which are always out of balance in autoimmune diseases. Emma's training in Homeopathy is a key reason for the success of this protocol.

Dr Solano is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners with seven years of clinical experience, five of which was spent in rural Australia. She holds a Professional and Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and a Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health.
With special interests in skin cancer medicine, women’s health, and chronic disease management, Dr Solano provides comprehensive skin checks and procedures, as well as Mirena IUD and Implanon insertion and removal. She is passionate about preventative care and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health.
Dr Solano is known for her thoughtful, thorough approach and is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported.
Outside of work, Dr Solano enjoys going to the gym and hiking, helping maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
